Remembering Why

So I know that not many people read my blog. And for a while that bothered me. I tried to do anything and everything to get people to read my blog. But then I read and email that I had sent to my aunt when I first started this blog, and in it I had said that I was doing this for myself. I'm not doing this for anyone else, so it shouldn't matter if anybody reads it. I guess I just had to remind myself of that. The whole reason I started this blog was so that I could have a place where I could continually write and hopefully stick to it. A place where Christ would be reflected through my words.

If anyone does read this, great! I hope you find my words inspiring and thought provoking. Even fun and interesting! But if no one does read this, then that's just as great also. This blog is a place for me to grow in my writing skills and develop thoughts and ideas.

And now that I have reminded myself of this, I will hopefully get back to writing on here soon. Being summer and all I have found many things to do with my time that do not include writing. Hopefully I'll get back to it soon. But if not, I will definitely get back to it during school, when I am on my computer more often and I have plenty of time to not be outside at the beach, cutting the grass. cleaning cabins, hanging with friends. Because seriously. Who does that? ....I will definitely raise my hand to that one!
