Did you know that there is only one thing that differentiates Christianity from every other religion in the world?
There is.
Jesus gave his disciples and everyone who believed and followed him only one thing to really prove that he was God. He told them that three days after he died, he would be risen from the dead to be with them again before he went to heaven to prepare a way for us.
Seriously, if you think about it, that one event in history is the only thing that allows us to fully believe that what Jesus said is all true. If he said that he would come back to life after being dead for three days, and then when that third day came around and he didn't rise from the grave, then every single thing that he had said while he was alive would've gone out the window. Nobody in their right minds would continue to believe in him. But he did. He did rise from the grave. And for that I am forever grateful. I am and will be forever indebted to my God.
