My mom and my sisters and I traveled down to Indiana today to visit friends from our old town. (Backstory: We bought a log cabin resort, so we moved to northern Michigan.) Normally we come down because we have a doctor's appointment or a dentist/orthodontist appointment, but this time we don't and I'm not exactly sure why we are down here. Oh well, I can enjoy it while it lasts...which is till Sunday.
It's really sad in my old room. There's a dresser, a shelf, and a book case. That's it. No bed, no chair, no clothes, no cd's or stereo, non of my things. That's why I'm sitting on the floor. That and the fact that I'm trying to steal internet from my neighbor and they live across the street. But sitting here brings back a whole bunch of memories. I've lived in Indiana from when I was four till just after I graduated high school. I went to the same school from kindergarten through high school. I've been friends with the same people all those years and met new ones along the way. I've made many memories here, and sitting in this nearly empty room makes me sad knowing that one day this house will be sold, my dad will move up with us, and I'll have no more doctor's appointments to use as excuses to come back and visit. I hope that day is a long way off.
Me and my best friend Olivia going to banquet 2010. (Like prom but with no dancing and a big not-so-fancy dinner.)
Some friends that I've known since kindergarten. Me, Chelsea, Aryn, Elizabeth, and LeClaire. We had just gotten back from an amazing trip to the Cayman Islands.
Well, that was fun. Thanks for walking down memory lane with me!!! I might just have to do it again some time!
Have an amazing weekend!!!
